Hello friends!

I don’t know about you, but at our house in the past month alone, we have had a few rounds of the sniffles, we currently have another round as I type! As any mama knows, a sick little (or littles) isn’t a lot of fun.

My first line of defense is essential oils! 💕 I have been a faithful oil user for almost 20 years (gasp! I feel OLD!). I have always believed in the power of lavender and peppermint oils. They are just workhorses in the oil world [in my opinion]!
